Job Description:  

Reporting directly to the Director of Information Warfare and with limited direction, responsible for managing
and overseeing the program and technology portfolio of ’s Information Warfare (IW) Business area.

Responsibilities:
•        Provide general top-level oversight of IW programs, IR&D, business development, tech marketing, and
B&P efforts.
•        Provide technical and financial reports/information to , value center, and  corporate entities as required.
•        Provide general oversight of internal IW matrix organizations and staffing thereof.
•        Develop and maintain comprehensive integrated IW business and technology development/investment
strategies to support short, mid, and long-term strategic plans.
•        Provided leadership in the financial growth and performance of the IW product area.
•        Ensure core technology and architectures are developed and maintained for each of the IW product
areas with the emphasis on relevance and growth
•        Support IW directorate and company management relating to external technology acquisitions,
licensing or strategic partnerships.
•        Identification, partnership and exploitation of key enabling technologies developed outside IW, IIW, and
•        Identify and drive both strategic and tactical activities to maximize both follow-on and new products to
broaden the IW business and technology portfolio.
•        Provide leadership to IW staff in meeting customer, IW directorate and  company objectives, values,
requirements, and commitments.   

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

•        Significant and demonstrated expertise in the full life-cycle of tactical military electronic systems and
equipment with particular emphasis on radar and/or communications, countermeasures / electronic-attack
and/or ELINT/SIGINT equipment/systems.
•        Demonstrated skills in driving/maximizing collaboration among business, program, engineering,
production managers and staff.
•        Significant experience working with both DoD technology research, development and production
acquisition organizations.

•        Experience dealing with customers and users to solicit con-ops, define key technical requirements and
shape future needs.

•        Experience in participation in industry and/or government technology symposiums.

•        Excellent oral and written communications.

Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor of Science Degree in engineering field with a minimum of twenty (20) years relevant experience.  
Other requirements:  This position requires ability to obtain a security clearance, and, therefore, US
citizenship is essential.  Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET Security clearance.  Active or recent
Secret or higher level DOD clearance is desired.  TS/SCI preferred. Some Travel required.
