Required Skill:
Looking for an individual with at least 7 years relevant manufacturing experience with Electro/Optical
Assemblies using various hand tools, torque drivers and fixtures. They must be familiar with the use and
dispensing techniques of epoxies and adhesives. They need a high level of mechanical aptitude and the
ability to work under a microscope to inspect their own work. Soldering experience is a plus but not a
requirement.
Candidate must be able to work in a fast paced team environment with daily, weekly, and monthly production
goals.
