Required Skill:
Experienced operator with at least 7 years relevant manufacturing experience with Opto-Mechanical
Assemblies who can construct, adapt and modify assemblies of a multiple-axis electro-optical gimbal head
using various hand tools, torque drivers and fixtures. They must be familiar with the use and dispensing
techniques of epoxies and adhesives. They need a high level of mechanical aptitude and the ability to work
under a microscope to inspect their own work. Soldering experience is a plus but not a requirement.
Candidate must be able to work in a fast paced team environment with daily, weekly, and monthly production
goals.
Will need to train on 1st shift for several months and will need a color eye exam.
