Required Skill:

Precision inspection of electro-mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies in a production
environment.  Ability to understand and inspect from mechanical prints, engineering change
orders, drawings, and detailed written processes.  Ability to use microscope including
measurement of precise dimensional and positional tolerance requirements.  Perform in-process
inspections and verify that product is configured to the most recent revision.  Ability to be
company solder qualified; also, must pass a color acuity eye exam before starting.  Solder
inspection and mechanical inspection experience are required.  Must be able to document
defects and inspect paperwork as well as product for compliance to company and customer
requirements.  Must be able to perform some light mechanical assembly including torquing and
hardware stack-ups.
