Required Skill:
Ability to assemble, disassemble, modify, and rework various types of electro-mechanical
assemblies and sub-assemblies in a production environment. Must be able to understand
mechanical prints, engineering change orders, drawings, detailed written processes, and verbal
instruction. Must have solder experience and be able to become company solder certified. Also,
must pass a color acuity eye exam before starting. Prefer someone with hot gas rework
experience. Must be able to follow wire lists and electronic schematics, especially in the
incorporating of engineering change orders. Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs without
assistance and be able to reach objects overhead. Must have the ability to communicate
effectively and efficiently and have a strong work ethic, sense of urgency and a high energy
level. Should be a self-starter, work well with little supervision, and be results oriented. Must be
able to get a secret (or interim secret) clearance before starting, prefer someone that already
has a clearance.
IMPORTANT: Must be able to train on days for multiple weeks, then transition to second shift.
Must be able to work overtime when needed to meet business needs.
Desired:
Experience working an off shift.
