Your Technical Staffing Specialists

Responsible for technical and clinical product support to customers and Sales, accurate
completion of the Customer Call Report and initial data entry of Claim into Claim Tracking system.
Essential Functions:
• Technical and Clinical product support via telephone and fax
• Accurate completion of the Customer Call Report
• Accurate data entry of Claim into Claim tracking system
• Bench level product analysis, repair, re-certification
• Provides verbal price quotations for repair exchange, contracts
• On call phone support for evenings and weekends emergencies
• Trains and Supports new and less senior technicians
• Reviews new Product Service Documentation
• On-site Claim investigation
• Conducts training courses
• Performs department receiving/shipping as required
• Special Projects as assigned
Skill Requirements:
• Problem solving, analytical/investigative experience
• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
Education Requirements:
• 4 year degree in electronics/biomedical
• 2 year degree with 5+ years of experience
